Nearby stores have taken a precautionary step and removed Nesquik warrant possibly linked to salmonella poisoning cases here in the United States. 

Cub Foods had posted signs and removed items from the shelves by Sunday, as concerns about the all the rage powder began to first surface. Rainbow Foods has also removed it from shelves in many locations.

According to the U.S. Chow and Drug Administration: 

Nestlé USA announced the voluntary recall of restrictive quantities of Nestlé NESQUIK Chocolate Powder in the 10.9, 21.8 and 40.7 ounce canisters. The intended recall is limited to only NESQUIK Chocolate Powder, which was distributed nationally. No other varieties of Nesquick levigate or any sizes or flavors of NESQUIK ready-to-drink are affected by this call back.

Nestlé is removing the canisters from distribution because the company was notified by an ingredient supplier, Omya Inc.

Cub Foods' Twinkies going fast - TwinCities.com

A Minnesota grocery succession says Twinkies and other Hostess snacks are flying off the shelves as the maker shuts down.

Eden Prairie-based Supervalu owns 44 Cub Foods stores in Minnesota. Spokesman Michael Siemienas told Minnesota In the open Boom box that they've seen a ebb in people purchasing Hostess products like Twinkies, Ding Dongs and Mind-boggler Bread.

Siemienas says the stores won't be resupplied with Hostess products, so once the supplies are gone, they're gone.

Hostess Brands Inc. filed a motion Friday, Nov. 16, with a federal bankruptcy court, seeking franchise to sequester down. The move comes after the troop says stupendous workers across the countryside inoperative its capability faculty to proclaim oeuvre.
