Food addiction?

I guess I have a food addiction. I eat massive amounts of food without really thinking about what I eat. I ate a whole box of ice cream sandwiches in less than 24 hours. Today I ate a sub 6-inch, 2 McChicken sandwiches, chips a McFlurry and I still have time as I want to eat.
I go through phases like that. Do not prefer evil because it is very likely that what you have is not a food addiction, but anxiety, one of the worst enemies of today's well-being.
