What is a really good, special, different food gift to send someone?

I share good places that I used in the past: Omaha Steaks, Kansas diocese Meat Company, Fairytale Brownies, cookies, Cheryl, and Sprinkles Cupcakes (if you get in a city where they are because they are not supplied) .
