I conscious pretty much what I am asking.. I have been researching it online for the past 5 days... I would fitting like to know what im doing and what im looking for when i look at nutrition diagram?... My husband is a meat eater and now has to cut back.
He can still eat provisions but they need to be leaner cuts, more chicken breasts and fish, rather than beef.
