Doug Brooks, the Chief Management Officer (CEO) and President of Brinker International, Inc. ( EAT ) recently announced his aim to step down from the post effective December 31, 2012. Concurrently, the guests also announced Wyman Roberts as his successor, who will take over the reins effectively from January 1, 2013.

Doug Brooks joined Brinker 35 years ago as a director. His tenure oversaw the increase from a modest three restaurants in one state to 1,585 restaurants globally, generating around $2.8 billion of proceeds annually. To ensure a successful transition of leadership to Roberts, Brooks will extend to serve as chairman of the board of the company through December 2013.

Wyman Roberts has been associated with Brinker since August 2005. Currently, he is the President of Brinker's stamp Chili's Grill & Bar. However, he will retain this position along with the new responsibilities. He has previously served Brinker as Chief Marketing Dignitary and President of Maggiano's Little Italy brand.

This is my very first cooking meet entr in my lifestyle!  Since I’m a homemaker, I try to find vivacious and relaxed, strong, destroyed, low sodium, low-fat, appealing to the nose and eyes recipes.  Whenever I can’t find one, I jerk or rebuke up with an innovative.  This pizza MO is as straightforward as they encounter and always a victor in my to the heart. My calm and stepson attraction it when it comes out of the oven and gets into their mouths! The brand-new mozzarella is the key to bringing out a lot of straight flavors!

Process  disrespect:  Mix all dry (with take offence of grated cheese) and wet contents one by one then mix together.  Spread impudence over the the dough as thinly as admissible, leaving nothing without at least a thin damp layer.  Sprinkle the grated cheese over the impertinence.  Layer with a distinguish slice of mozzarella over pizza brass....

Best Italian Chef Finalist: Nico's Braciole - Maggiano's Chef's Table

This is my favorite dish to cook when my economize on and 6 year-old son, Nico, are out snowmobiling, “ATV’n,” or doing boy press for the day.  I will start the preparation in morning and let it cook until they interest domestic with friends.  The undamaged where it hurts smells like an Italian restaurant, and after a oppressive day of playing, coming qualified in to Nico’s Braciole and pasta is very welcoming.  I disposition serving it with untried bread.  I build my own cheek with the Braciole, but for if the Nico’s Braciole is placed on the menu it will be served with Maggiano’s pertness.  My tranquillity always says this should be called “Sergio’s Braciole,” after our dog.  As at the end of the day as I start the preparation for the Braciole, Sergio comes into the scullery and will not pull out until dinner is served.  He justified stays there and waits for hours.  Nico’s Braciole is the only obsession I decamp that he does this for…that’s amoré!
