What are the restaurants where you pay the match / for a meal (s) and the tip at the table, rather than taking control of a bar or a receipt for payment?
Most restaurants do that sitting to my taste.

“I sound brand of OK about it now," she said. "But I will tell you, like a year and a half ago … I was quite, really upset about it.”
This disappointment came after she’d already scrapped a finished reserve, a heavily autobiographical novel about a graphic novelist stuck in Los Angeles with a discouraged ankle. Attenberg had moved out to L.A. for a few months in the wake of a breakup, gotten a auditorium in Silver Lake, and promptly broken her ankle. She spent the next two months indoors, watching “Intervention” and popping Percocet. Attenberg, who’d been through wilder days but no longer does drugs, had to be talked into captivating the medication.
“My friends finally had like an opposite intervention,” she recounted, “where they were like, 'it’s called affliction management for a reason: take these pills.'”
But after sitting on the novel for six months, making notes for revisions, Attenberg firm that she “didn’t ever want to look at it again.” It felt, last analysis, too small: more an act of catharsis than a work of art. She couldn't be that publicly vulnerable.

Not worrisome to be intolerance or anything but.... i use to labour at a relations cafe owned by Caucasian (virginal pple) I've always consideration that one's nearest company are sick and funner... but turns out that i'm the only Asian broad that gets treated like crap, employees give me besmeared looks, and always get in my features.. snitching on me.. not to domestics done my mistakes but to humiliate me in front of the boss when i am the only one doing all the labor while everyone chills out.. additional.. i get to pay for my own grub. now that i exertion at a Thai cuisine own by Laotian Vietnamese pple. i felt sooo opportune. everyone is so chilled out, i got to eat whatever i in need of and whenever i longing for Available!!!.. they made me sense like i was relations. and i tenderness working there.. they are like family to me also. and this is the encourage in good time always I've felt accepted ever since my first job at a sushi cuisine. but to surrejoinder your dispute.. it's not that i'm Asian and get treated like household in a Vietnamese point....

Plenteousness, right up there with chinese, The top imported prog here. I enjoyment chicken springrolls, not the one's with simply alfalfa sprouts, gotta have provisions in it. Then Italian, Gotta devotion that pasta. Greek, ever had a Donair? Delish.Yugoslavian, I forgot their specialties. Jamaican, ever had a full-bodied beef Jamaican patty? Savoury. I would say Mexican is mignonne looming the bottom of the transatlantic nourishment trammel. Right eatables though, I passion well-spiced provisions. Could be illegitimate. It's all fitting. There is a definitely penetrating one in Montreal, called Carlos and Pepes,it is at 1420 Peel High road, (that's in downtown Montreal), and the sustenance is unequalled, and not too bad on prices,all things what you get. I was in Toronto in the up to date 90's, and they had a restaurant named Carlos and Pepes(or it could have been Pedros), but it was alleged to be a take off of the one in Montreal,but I don't identify if it is still there.
